Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR and Admin Officer to support our daily human resources and administrative operations. This role is responsible for managing employee lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and maintaining efficient office operations.
The ideal candidate will handle recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records management, payroll support, and internal communications. You will also oversee administrative functions such as office management, documentation, and coordination with vendors and service providers.
You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with labor laws and data privacy regulations, including standards aligned with the Department of Labor and Employment and the Data Privacy Act of 2012. This position requires attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Requirements
Proven experience in HR and administrative roles
Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes
Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and compliance standards
Experience in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Preferable Skills
Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration
Familiarity with performance management systems
Experience in handling employee engagement programs
Understanding of compliance with Social Security System (Philippines), PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG Fund
Basic knowledge of accounting or finance processes
Experience in office operations and vendor management
Ability to support policy creation and HR process improvements
